Returns are only accepted if your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item.
To arrange your return, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you to arrange your replacement or refund.
You have 2 days to report an incorrect order and 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Notice – Payment in Cryptocurrency
If you have made payment for your goods using cryptocurrency and are eligible for a refund, your refund will be paid to you in either fiat currency or Crypto, solely at the companies discretion. We hope you can understand this measure due to the high fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or bank account.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please return your items using a form of recorded delivery, we cannot be responsible should your package get misplaced in the post.
